Time is of the essence with any damage involving water, as water can continue to damage your property for as long as it is present. In the right conditions, mold can begin to grow in as little as 24 hours. There are four basic components involved in water restoration:

Learn More
Extraction

During this process, Arcus Restoration will remove all excess water from the property using portable extraction units, wet/dry vacuums, and, in the case of deep standing water, submersible pumps.

Drying

Once submerged, most materials absorb and retain some water that cannot be extracted. In order to completely dry these porous materials, Arcus Restoration uses the most advanced equipment available for air circulation, dehumidification, and directed heat drying.

Repair

Many of the items or structures damaged by the water will need to be cleaned, repaired, and possibly disinfected. Appliances and electrical systems that have been exposed to water will need to be inspected before further use.

Restoration

This phase involves the actual reconstruction of your damaged property - flooring, drywall, paint, etc. Arcus Restoration does not believe our job is done until your property is fully restored to its pre-loss condition.

Mold Remediation

Mold requires a special remediation process and careful handling to safeguard against several health dangers.

Our qualified mold remediation technicians work side by side with industry experts to ensure our remediation techniques are effective the first time and keep other forms of mold or other contaminants from growing, keeping you, your property, and your family or co-workers safe at all times.

Contents Restoration

Our contents restoration division uses the latest in cleaning and remediation technology to return your property and precious keepsakes to their original condition. Whether the contents have been damaged by a fire, soot, water, mold or other contaminants we have the technology and expertise to make them look like new. When your property has been affected, time is of the essence to determine if it can be saved or not. We pride ourselves in our quick response time and turnaround to ensure that your valuables will be saved before it is too late.
