Extraction

During this process, Arcus Restoration will remove all excess water from the property using portable extraction units, wet/dry vacuums, and, in the case of deep standing water, submersible pumps.

Drying

Once submerged, most materials absorb and retain some water that cannot be extracted. In order to completely dry these porous materials, Arcus Restoration uses the most advanced equipment available for air circulation, dehumidification, and directed heat drying.

Repair

Many of the items or structures damaged by the water will need to be cleaned, repaired, and possibly disinfected. Appliances and electrical systems that have been exposed to water will need to be inspected before further use.

Restoration

This phase involves the actual reconstruction of your damaged property - flooring, drywall, paint, etc. Arcus Restoration does not believe our job is done until your property is fully restored to its pre-loss condition.

Shout out to Jeremiah and his Crew. We had a unfortunate issue with our dishwasher and our whole kitchen sustained water damage.
Our insurance company sent Arcus Restoration of Huntsville out to work on the damage/ restoration process. So far we are extremely pleased with their work. Its early in the process but they saved my sub floor and its completely dried out. We found out we have a double sub floor above a crawlspace, so there were challenges there. Every step of the process was explained as to what they were doing and why.

Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous at all times. They even worked with us when we could be at the house for them to check on the drying process. We found it AMAZING that they hauled all the trash and flooring debris away and not leave it for us to deal with. When the drying process was done, they even shop vacuumed the entire kitchen and then did a dry wipe down of all the counters and appliances. Then wet wiped everything down for us as well. We plan to continue the process with them as there is still flooring to be replaced and set down. We are confident the next phase and group we work with will be just as fantastic as it was with Jeremiah and his Crew. A giant tree fell on my house and I was at a loss as to how to start the process from tree removal to finish when my insurance company suggested Argus. I contacted them and they had a company out immediately to get the tree removed and my roof covered with a tarp. The tarp came loose due to high winds while everything was in process and they came out late at night to fasten it back down! They handled every step of the process from contents removal, repairing my roof , water damage , mold cleanup , painting , rebuilding my deck, ceiling repair ,repairing and refinishing my wood floors all the way until my contents were brought back.
