What We Believe

Arcus Restoration is an organization that provides water, fire, and storm damage restoration, cleanup, and repair services to residential and commercial properties. Founded in 2009, Arcus is a rapidly growing business that currently services both middle and east Tennessee, as well as northern Alabama. Our headquarters is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and have additional offices in Nashville, Chattanooga and Huntsville, AL.

 

Throughout our 10+ years of service, our leadership team has embraced the evolution of the restoration industry, abandoning traditional business proceedings in order to put more value in our greatest assets-people and technology. This shared vision, along with a foundation built on strong core values, has allowed Arcus to become a market leader that thrives with service, transparency, and accountability. Using the innovative software DASH, Arcus Restoration is delivering true transparency in the claims process.

 

When our DASH View link is opened, the webpage automatically updates with real-time changes in your job, including notes, photos, insurance information, important dates, contact information. DASH View removes the hassle of having to reach out for an update and keeps you in the loop the entire process.

Accountability​

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we have taken an extra step to ensure it. Our hired third-party Customer Service Advocate (CSA) ensures you have one more line of communication and we have one more assurance of accountability. If you ask them, CSA will tell you that they answer first to you and second to Arcus.

We sincerely desire unfiltered feedback. We want your client to have the best experience possible with our company, and we want to know how to improve our service when our assistance is needed.
